GENERAL YOGA SESSIONS

This course consists of practices including Hatha Yoga, vinyasa, pranayama and various
other physical and mental practices to bring in the balance in your body.
Specially designed classes and modifications made considering the needs of each student’s health condition.
On total we will have 24 sessions. All 6 days of a week. You can attend any number of sessions depending on your availability.
POST NATAL YOGA SESSIONS

On total we will have 28 sessions. All 7 days in a week.You can attend any number of sessions depending on your availability.Class theme may or may not repeat, but remember it’s not harm to do the same postures
again. It will just make you better.
